About This Scholarship
The Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship by Japanese Grant Aid (JDS) offers fully funded Master's degrees in Japan exclusively for Nepal Government civil servants. Up to 20 scholars selected annually.

How to Apply
- 1Verify you are a gazetted civil servant with 3+ years experience
- 2Contact JDS Project Office (jdsnepal-2@jds21.com) for application forms
- 3Register online during application period (Oct 14 - Nov 10, 2025)
- 4Complete application form with research proposal
- 5Take English exam (can submit IELTS/TOEFL instead if valid)
- 6Take Math exam if required by chosen university
- 7Appear for technical and comprehensive interviews if shortlisted
