
Sankalpa College, located in the heart of Banepa-10, Janagal Province, Kavre, was established in 2023 with a mission to provide quality education and foster holistic development in the fields of Information Technology (IT) and Hospitality Management (HM). Affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU), the college offers Bachelor’s programs in Hotel Management (BHM) and Information Technology and Management (BITM). Sankalpa College is the first institution in Kavrepalchok and Bhaktapur districts to offer these TU-affiliated programs, integrating theory with practical experiences through internships, industry collaborations, and hands-on projects. The college emphasizes technical proficiency, leadership skills, and ethical decision-making to produce competent professionals and responsible global citizens. Notably, Sankalpa College has introduced the UK Dual Degree Program in Data Science for BITM, the first of its kind in Nepal, along with CTEVT-certified short courses for BITM and BHM students and a mandatory internship program to strengthen academic-industry integration.
