The Diploma in Inclusive and Special Needs Education at Kathmandu University is designed to prepare practitioners who can understand learner diversity and create meaningful, accessible learning environments.
The program focuses on inclusive pedagogies, disability awareness, differentiation, behavioral support, individualized planning, and community engagement.
With strong emphasis on practice, reflection, and field-based work, participants gain skills to support learners in regular, inclusive, and special-education settings. Delivered in blended mode, it uses participatory methodologies such as workshops, demonstrations, case studies, and field activities to strengthen applied competence.
