Principal, LAJF
At Janamaitri Foundation Institute of Health Sciences (JFIHS), we are dedicated to providing quality education that nurtures both intellectual growth and the development of strong moral and socio-cultural values. Our mission is to prepare competent and compassionate healthcare professionals through a balanced blend of academic excellence, practical exposure, and holistic development.
With state-of-the-art facilities and a dynamic learning environment, students are encouraged to excel in their studies while engaging in a wide range of co-curricular and extracurricular activities that build confidence, creativity, and leadership. We offer Nursing (BNS and B.Sc.), B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), and Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) programs, all designed to meet national and global standards. Over the years, our students have consistently achieved outstanding results, including recognition as award-winners by the President of Nepal and as toppers at Institute of Medicine (IOM), Tribhuvan University.
Our strength lies in our competent faculty, who actively participate in Training of Trainers (TOT), UGC programs, and national and international conferences, bringing global perspectives into the classroom. To further support learning, we provide internal grants, scholarships, clinical postings, community visits, and industrial field visits in Nepal and India—including exposure to leading organizations such as Patanjali and pharmaceutical companies. In addition, we regularly organize health camps within the institute and across diverse communities, enabling students to apply their skills while serving society.active
With the continuous support of our parents, faculty, and well-wishers, JFIHS has become a center of academic excellence and innovation in health sciences since 2010. We remain committed to shaping the next generation of healthcare leaders who are both skilled and socially responsible.
