
Kathmandu School of Law (KSL), founded in 2000 AD and affiliated with Purbanchal University, is a leading non-profit, community-based law college in Nepal. It is the first law school in the country to be accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under the Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) system, with accreditation valid from 23 June 2022 to 22 June 2027. KSL was established with a vision to prepare legal professionals who view law not just as a subject of study but as a tool for justice, democracy, and social change. Over the past two decades, the college has emphasized a balanced approach combining classroom learning, practical training, and community responsibility.
