About National Open College
Founded in 2000, National Open College (NOC) is a pioneering educational institution in Nepal, affiliated with Pokhara University, and recognized for introducing Healthcare Management as an academic discipline in South Asia. NOC was the first college in Nepal to offer comprehensive programs in healthcare management, including the Bachelor of Healthcare Management (BHCM), Post-Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management (PGDHCM), and Master of Healthcare Management (MHCM), alongside degrees in Business Administration (BBA) and Public Health (BPH). Established by a group of dedicated academic professionals, the college focuses on providing quality education that integrates managerial expertise with medical services, promotes research-oriented and computer-based learning, and fosters ethical, socially responsible, and innovative thinking.
