Public Administration Campus began as a specialized training program for HMG second-class gazetted officers under CEDA and Tribhuvan University. It expanded into a full academic institution in 1976 and introduced master’s-level education by 1979. The campus remains one of the few institutions in Nepal dedicated exclusively to public affairs administration, supported by experienced faculty focused on academic and professional development.
