

Shiva Jan Secondary School, one of the oldest educational institutions in Salyan District, was founded in 2016 B.S. during the reign of King Mahendra. Initially established as Shiva Jan Primary School, it expanded to lower and upper secondary levels over the years and later introduced higher secondary education in 2056 B.S. The school now offers multiple CTEVT-affiliated diploma and pre-diploma programs, including I.Sc.Ag. Plant Science, PJTA, and VJTA, with plans to introduce Animal Science and B.Sc. Agriculture. It also runs NEB-affiliated +2 programs in various streams.
