The Boiler Operator program is a competency-based, modular training designed to produce lower-level technical workforce for boiler operation technology. The curriculum emphasizes operational safety, system control, inspection, preventive maintenance, efficiency testing, and troubleshooting of boiler systems. Training is practice-oriented, with more than 80% time allocated to hands-on performance using standard industrial tools and equipment. Graduates are prepared for employment in industrial plants, factories, hotels, hospitals, and energy-dependent facilities, with pathways to wage employment and self-employment.
