Description
Program develops TVET professionals capable of designing competency-based curricula, managing training institutions, conducting policy dialogue, analyzing labor-market needs, and leading national and local TVET initiatives. Coursework integrates education theory, work-occupation sociology, instructional design, research, leadership, governance, entrepreneurship, and quality assurance. MTVET responds to Nepal’s expanding need for skilled human resources in federal, provincial, municipal, private, industrial, and international development sectors.
