The Master of Public Health (MPH) program under Pokhara University prepares graduates for leadership roles in the public health sector, including program management, research, health promotion, service delivery, and policy development. The program offers two specializations: Health Promotion & Education and Health Service Management.
Enrollment quota: 14 seats (12 paying + 2 scholarship).

The MPH program at BPKIHS spans two years and four sessions. The first year focuses on core courses like epidemiology, biostatistics, and public health management. In the second year, students engage in research, electives, and a three-month field-based Public Health Practice in district health offices, working under faculty and public health officers.
