A one-year, practice-oriented management program designed for working professionals and fresh graduates who need managerial competence to improve organizational performance or advance into management roles.
Description
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management at Kathmandu University builds strong foundational and applied managerial capability through an intensive, trimmed curriculum delivered in three trimesters.
It strengthens analytical, operational, and leadership skills using case studies, projects, management tools, and reflective practice.
The program is structured to serve practicing managers lacking formal management education, fresh graduates from non-management backgrounds entering managerial tracks, and entrepreneurs managing their own ventures.
