CAP-II (Intermediate Course) by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) builds on foundational accounting knowledge, preparing students for professional Chartered Accountancy. The curriculum covers advanced accounting, audit and assurance, corporate laws, financial management, cost and management accounting, business communication and marketing, and income tax and VAT. The course emphasizes practical skills and conceptual understanding required for professional CA roles, providing study materials, pre-test exams, newsletters, and journals. CAP-II acts as a bridge to CAP-III and the final professional level.

Admission Process:

• Completion of CAP-I/Foundation Course, or
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Business/Management with ≥50% aggregate marks, or
• Graduate/Postgraduate in other fields with ≥60% aggregate marks
• Submission of academic transcripts, character certificate, citizenship/passport, and fee receipt
