Program develops operational and strategic leadership capacity for schools and education organizations. Focus: governance, institutional planning, instructional leadership, resource management, policy interpretation, evaluation, organizational behavior, and school development. Structure blends theory, specialization courses, elective focus, internship, and research/dissertation.
