MSc Communication and Knowledge Engineering

Two-year, four-semester TU–IOE master’s program specializing in computer systems, embedded hardware, distributed software systems, and knowledge-engineering methods for intelligent, data-driven problem solving.
Program integrates computer systems engineering, algorithmic methods, knowledge-based systems, cloud computing, information security, decision-support systems, distributed computing, and intelligent system design. Emphasizes both hardware–software integration and advanced AI/knowledge-engineering concepts. Includes electives for specialization, an individual project, and a full thesis in the final semester.

Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or TU-recognized equivalent
• Above-average undergraduate grades as required by IOE
• Minimum qualifying score in IOE entrance exam
• Equivalence required for non-TU degrees

• Entrance fee deposited via bank voucher
• Voucher number entered in online form
• Correct entrance stream selection
• All required form fields must be completed
• Upload color photo + ID (citizenship, passport, or last exam admit card)
• Editing submitted info requires paid correction; higher fee for name/photo/ID corrections
